Supervisors need to be replaced! The DPW needs to be held accountable because the executive or director should be telling their managers to give out the drinks and proper rest breaks

I’m a supervisor at my job(still hourly position) I always make sure I bring my cooler full of ice water and Gatorade for all of my associates. The fact a government organization refuses to provide these essentials for people who work outside everyday is inexcusable.
