Found your channel recently and I’ve been really enjoying your content. Happy to see you’ve done well for yourself. Congrats on all your hard work.

Props to the butlers for moving all the lambos out of the driveway on a short notice for that final shot. Being able to work out at home is amazing - even though my home equipment is just not enough to be called a home gym, not to mention it's kind of scattered around, I get way better workouts at home than I could ever get at the gym. The only reason for me to go to the gym now is to creep.

Mike's been grinding for years, putting out content, teaching people, making us laugh, running RP, creating apps, and training like a madman...so cool to see him build this dope gym. Good work.

What a dream come true! Congrats, Dr. Mike! Training at this gym with you one time is a bucket list item for sure.

Good for you, brother. You seem to do what you love, so you deserve the best & you earned it 👍 home gym wins for time efficiency

Hey Mike just want to throw this out there, I really appreciate the vast knowledge and humor you give us for free. I'm 6'5 and used to be about 500lbs, I finally got my weight under control and got myself down to 195lb mostly through diet and cardio. The problem I had after that was I was essentially just skinny-fat and struggled with strength training because I was afraid to put on weight. But your work has really helped me out and I'm finally making healthy gains, thanks again.

"Not a huge gym." Bro, it's literally twice the size of the little hole in the wall gym I train at. You could easily sell memberships to your gym, but I imagine you like your privacy. Super nice setup, Doc.

Having a home gym is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Most of the time I save is in traveling and changing. I can roll out of bed and workout first thing if I need or at the very end of the day if I’m super busy.
  • im only about 2 minutes in, and this is clearly better than most commercial gyms I've been in person.

Love the gym Dr. Mike. You're a role model to a lot of us here and seeing you succeed feels good.

This is the nicest home gym ever. You can tell the equipment has really been thought out. Top tier.

What an amazing gym! Congratulations on reaping the fruits of your hard work Mike. :)

Really beautiful facility. Congratulations. I'm particularly jealous of the Free Motion machine. I built a home gym in my basement. Not nearly as nice or as big as yours, but I completely agree about how awesome it is to have your own music, own equipment, and not have to deal with the many frustrations of most public gyms. One thing I worried about is emergency/safety. I'm a bit older than you, and I was concerned that if I ever got badly hurt -- hopefully not likely, but also not impossible -- it might be hours or longer before my wife missed me and thought to come look. If I had a cardiac problem, or a bad accident with heavy squats or something like that, where I couldn't move or get to a phone, that could be a bad day. I ended up doing two things. First, I put an AED, medical oxygen, and a good first aid kit (with a tourniquet, etc.), on the wall. Second, my home alarm company hooked up a wireless medical emergency pendant that I can put on when I'm doing squats, etc. If I get stuck in a life-threatening way, and I'm still conscious, I can push the button and get help on the way. Anyway, just a thought. As annoying as public gyms can be, if you get hurt or in trouble, there is usually someone around to help or call the ambulance. Maybe worth thinking about that aspect of working out at home.

This guy is the best can’t believe I just watched his videos for the first time today. Been binging all day!
