I’ve gained so much strength in the past month I’ve been doing your workouts. I’m 12 months postpartum and got very very heavy during my pregnancy. My knees were hurting and I just couldn’t find the motivation to workout since I can’t go to the gym. I do your 20 minutes workout every morning now and I’ve been feeling very energetic and strong and I will continue it as part of my routine. I also have lost a lot of weight with healthy eating habits. I’m at a good spot now and 1 pound away from my pre-pregnancy weight.

Please put out some more of these harder 20 min videos more often!!! I’m begging you! I’ve done them all over and over again!!! 2 videos a day and I’m in the best shape ever!! Lost 25 pounds and gained a ton of muscle all at home thanks to you. SO GRATEFUL!!! You’re making the world sexier one video at a time!
