Extremely wise words ladies, thank you for your honesty. I'm surprised to hear you say that you sometimes get unkind comments...I can't imagine how anyone could find you anything other than funny, charming and so down to earth and natural. I really love your videos on both channels so please keep doing what you do. Love from Ireland 🍀

Nothing tastes as good as a healthy weight feels. Love and appreciate you both! Happy Holidays!

I love these gals---they really tell it like it is, the good, bad, and ugly of disordered eating. And the gift of keto---it helps your blood sugar which is what screws with your food cravings. It is freedom.
  • So many of us have had the same feelings. We are own worst enemy for sure. Glad for you both and both channels. Thank you girls from the bottom of my heart ❤️
  • I've started keto a few years ago. Kept caving to the off plan foods & binging. I began carnivore in September and that has been a game changer. I was able to stick to it for Thanksgiving. First time in my 61 years I didn't overindulge in sweets! You both are an inspiration.
  • Unfortunately, in Cuban culture, weight is a huge deal. And making constant comments about your weight. And then become offended if you react with hurt, or anger. Since moving to SC from Miami, I can only think of one person who seems to notice or care about my weight. Even doctors here don’t automatically assume any ailments are related to weight. Love this discussion!
  • What a wonderful topic especially at this time of year. You beautiful twins were gorgeous at any weight but I love your authenticity and your vulnerability. God bless your husbands too. :-)
  • It’s true. One principle that absolutely for everything. Everything grows like a tree. It starts as a seed. Day by day season by season, whatever it is, it will mature. It’s a matter of a consistency that never ends.

👋❤Hello Beautiful Emily and Beautiful Sarah🌹 I Thank God for you both and your Channels. I have always felt the same way you both have especially you Emily 💔 and I'm 55 yrs old 4' 11" 😐278lbs A couple months ago I was in the process of having Bariatric surgery, Because I could not afford to be perfect keto. I have watched so many of your videos and using my cheaper versions have made many of the 2 & 3 ingredient recipes and am slowly loosing weight. A couple weeks ago I discovered the Carnivore diet which I never thought I could do because I definitely cannot afford grass fed or organic foods. But I stopped the process for the surgery & decided to just do the Best that I can do. You both look so amazing and I am so proud of your accomplishments ❤ Thank You for your honesty and in making me smile because of it. 🤗 Grace, Peace, Big HugS and Much LoVe 🌹

Thinking about food is a struggle. I agree. But, I don't ever want to go back.
  • I declined being part of my best friend’s wedding party because I was 30 pounds overweight. Wish I’d found keto or Atkins back in the 80’s when I was heavy. Thank goodness I did find it 🎉
  • I started Keto on 2-2 2020, before the Covid lockdown, at the age of 71. I have lost 55 pounds. I wish I had known about this lifestyle 20 years ago. I feel so much better. Thanks for helping me on this journey!!! I don't want to loose anymore weight, I'm happy at 129 lbs! Had to get all new clothes! That was fun!
  • Well I think it is just a terrible thought that you ever get nasty comments! I think you are both sweet and funny. I love your videos! And thank you for the Chaffle recipe-it’s delicious! I am a whole lot older than you two, so I found you CAN teach an old dog new tricks! So thank you ladies, you have inspired and helped me on my journey!
  • You two are such an inspiration. I had to start losing weight because of my health. Being in my 70's and overweight most of my life it was not easy to have to buckle down and remake my habits from bad to good. I am not strict keto, am a lot like you and am technically keto. I have lost 40 pounds but I am only about half way. However, I know I can do it. My husband bought some Costco muffins for the kids who were coming for Thanksgiving. I tried to eat one but couldn't do it. My body screamed at me so it went in the trash. If I had not tried then I would have been craving it, now I know it isn't good for me and my body is reminding me of that. I have no desire to try again. The remaining muffins went home with the kids. Thank you for being so uplifting and positive!

In 2019 I discovered the Keto lifestyle & lost almost 50 lbs, aside from my hubby nobody else said anything 🙄 but I definitely feel better & am really thankful for your channel because you two are so delightfully inspirational!!

Not disagreeing with you ladies, just wanted to share my experience. I had lost about 50 lbs doing ww then spent 6 years trying to maintain it. I had thought losing weight would make me happy but the stress of trying to maintain and hopefully lose a few more lbs was rough. I was already happy with my life, good husband, 3 amazing kids, etc, so the weight loss didn't add to that. And it was nice to hear people say I lost weight but I was still really self-conscious about how I looked. Then I started doing keto because I noticed I felt better eating low carb. 40 lbs melted off and while it didn't add to my happiness, certain things did disappear. Like you guys were saying, I stopped thinking about how people thought I looked. I stopped being self-conscious. I would say relief more than happiness came with that weight loss, again, I agree, it was like a weight lifted off the shoulders. Love you girls, keep up the good work! And one of these days I'm not going to fix autocorrect when I accidentally type, "keto up the good work" 😁
  • Probably the most honest laser focused video I have seen on weight issues🙄. "No one really cares about your weight issues( paraphrased)" Amen ! After 20 lbs weigh loss in 41/2 months-- I'm now 117🎉 ,,, very few people even noticed😱. I realized they might think I'm seriously sick. So I bought new clothes that fit perfectly!!! I love Keto as I no longer obsess about calories ,fat, and carb counts. Life is better with 🥓 🎉🤣💗. I love you guys for the work you put into your channel👍. AND of course , most of all for CHAFFLES!!!
  • You gals are awesome and you both encourage me to stay on this new life style of eating. I'm old and needed to feel better and keto does that for me. Keep up the amazing words of encouragement!
  • Emily and Sarah you two are such an inspiration to so many people, I'm sure I speak for tons of people in telling you both how thankful we are that you guys put yourselves out there and you both have helped so many people on their journey to better health, we love you guys.
  • It’s really good to know that I’m not the only one with that struggle in my mind, thank you so much for sharing
