What starting star caliber qb is going to be really buddy buddy with the guy drafted or free agent brought in to replace you on a moments notice? Everything is great and groovy when you are winning and getting titles but when u are losing, oh now he's garbage. Just like any other player in any sport, once they have game film on you and adjust to your strengths and weaknesses, it's up to you as the player and your coaching staff to adjust as well because more they see and know your tendencies.
