PLEASE REPLY TO REMIND ME BC ILL PROBABLY FORGET! day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ❌ (IM SO SORRY I HAD A SLEEPOVER ILL DO IT AN EXTRA TIME TMR) day 7: ✅ (x2) day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ day 14: ✅ 🚨RESULTS🚨 after doing thing for 14 days i have seen some minor improvement. some fat has been burned but a lot of it hasn’t. realistically if your trying this workout you should probably do it for more than two weeks for drastic changes.

    Guys believe me, thats super effective!!! I was 68kg, my height 167cm I became 62kg doing her this ab and arm workout daily for 1.5 months Ofc you have to keep diet but not that harsh!! Just drink more water!! Good luck guys!!! No one has to remind you!! Just put your goals straight!!!!!!
