Gochujang Pasta | POV Uncut

Ingredients:
- 3 oz penne pasta
- 3-5 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 oz shredded parmesan
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red chili flakes

Recipe:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 min.
2. Slice a few cloves of garlic.
3. Toast the garlic cloves in 2 tbsp olive oil until browned.
4. Mix in 1 tsp of gochujang.
5. Mix in 1/2 cup heavy cream.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
7. Mix in the cooked pasta and pasta water.
8. Mix in shredded parmesan.
9. Enjoy!
