Poor baby, what an awful condition to be kept, tethered to a bike for at least 6 days, no water and grass just out of reach! I am not surprised the cowardly 'owner' didn't come forward. Thank you, WHW, for taking sweet Pedals in and caring for her. I agree, she's unrecognisable now compared to when she was found! ❤🐴❤
