  • I also have high praise for the Defender 110 with the straight six. I like those side steps and will consider getting them. For off-roading, I definitely recommend the 20-inch wheels. You need that extra sidewall to cushion your ride over rough terrain.

Great video !!! Which model Grappler are these tires?

I bought the Defender X in Santorini black with the black package and passed on the V8. I did enough mods that got me to the same price and ultimately a better car with a better exhaust and sound. The X has 400lb/ft of torque. More than enough for a truck of this weight. Plus the P400 engine is extremely reliable.

can you put those OEM stock 22" defender tires on an SE defender? or only on the X dynamic

I love the Defenders. Out of curiosity, have you considered a Inios Grenadier though? 👍🏻
  • @Guessers.
As some who owns and fell in love with the LR4 and LR3 like, I was quite disappointed with the look of the newer discovery lines. But JLR didnt disappoint with the defender line. Its the unofficial successor to the LR4, and I absolutely love it!

Nice Defender , I have the 2020 Defender First Edition P400, love the vehicle been a good reliable ride for me and I take it off road.
  • @vario2664
What's NOT addressed is the rather dismal reliability record and subsequent atrocious cost of repair, which is a factor for those that aren't simply going to have it sit in a 7,000 sq. foot garage and sold within a few years.
  • @RJ-se9op
Do you explain why you don't prefer the v8?
  • @93octane10
Nice build!! Just how I wanted my defender build would be. please share the specs and mods you have on the vehicle.
  • Great video! Straight and to the point. Absolutely love the setup of your defender. I’m looking at making this my daily driver later in the year so I appreciate all your insights and experience. 🙏🏽
