    Did a bridge over the river get clogged up? Is that why most of the water ended up on road? It seems like there is a problem with at least one crossing over the Rio Ruidoso every couple of years even without burn scars. What are yall doing with tax payer money? Get the army core of engineers to make sufficient crossings that dont wash out or clog up so often. This has been an issue for yall since time began.
