Seven Palestinians, including two militant commanders, were killed during Israeli raids in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian and Israeli officials said. The Israel Defence Forces said they targeted an armed cell in an airstrike in the West Bank city Tulkarem on July 23. According to Palestinian media, five people were killed in the Israeli drone strike in the West Bank city of Tulkarem. Ashraf Nafeh, the commander of Hamas in the Tulkarem camp, and Muhammad Abu Abdo, the commander of the al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades were among the dead, as per Times of Israel. The Palestinian health ministry said a woman was also killed in Tulkarem, while the identity of two other fatalities was not immediately clear.     Palestinians have a right to carry weapons to defend themselves from Israel iof and settler according to international laws and the Geneva Convention, so if a nurse or doctor want to protect themselves and patients having a gun is sensible why shouldn’t they carry weapons when surrounded by multiple weapons carrying Israel occupied Forces?
