President Joe Biden, in his first visit to Austin since assuming the White House on January 2021, marked the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act with an address Monday at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library at the University of Texas.

In his speech, Biden called for the U.S. Supreme Court to institute term limits and a binding code of ethics. He also denounced the Supreme Court's ruling that allows presidential immunity.

Other speakers included 'Breaking Bad' star Bryan Cranston, Andrew Young, three-GRAMMY nominee Ruthie Foster and the Huston-Tillotson University Choir.
