100% agree with the need for management. In fact, as a recently retired nursing professor - I wrote a book called “Peace Management”. It is a program to utilize strategies to attain peace then maintain it, not allowing the stress response to even start. Management is the key… I agree with his concept 100%. And yes, management goes far beyond financial… To other areas that are very important, like your health, wellbeing, and Peace.
