Sadhguru, you were the first being of light that brought me into my spiritual path and awakening some 3, maybe 4 years ago. I come back to your voice speaking constantly. I come back to you when I need truth. Now, today you are helping me conquer severe alcoholism and other mental health conditions. I am beating this. Thank you Sadhguru 🙏🏻. I wish there was a way I could repay you with volunteering or other service to your mission. I appreciate you, always in spirit 🫶🏻🙏🏻 you are helping to save my life. The way you say the word “life”….always makes me bow in awe of the cosmos. Thank you my friend.

There was a time I dreamed that a divinely beautiful woman which is so big that my entire body is just a small part of her fingertips, gently touched my nosetips with her fingertips. Then she's giggle and smile so beautiful that it's beyond the words can describe. I didn't see her eyes, it's like that part was intentionally covered to hide her true identity. After that dream, I felt like I'd been awaken another level. It's many years ago and I got awaken several times afterward. I can't remember any of her features other than gigantic and the feeling of so beautiful that it's captivated my soul.

11:00 Happened with me 7 years back. The moment I woke up, I was feeling unexplainably anxious & fearful the entire day and later in the evening I met with a road accident. Didn't know how to decipher what was happening within me and hence went on with my day's schedule. I could feel the heaviness in my breath the entire day and post accident I was instantly relieved.

I could never forget the dreams that I used to dream when I was a kid. Dreams felt like echoes from a past life. The realisation is that this journey would end similar way! Not sure crossing the River would be successful, until then “go with the flow” The cycle is beyond Moksha and Mukti. There is always a new game and new memory but the current one will be erased. The eyes can not see the end of the universe nor does the mind understand its own depth, and I worry about my existence.

Dreamtime 🎉... whatever the dream, learn to ignore it!.

Probably one of the best talks i've ever heard on the subject. I've always suspected some of this to be going on, sometimes dreams can be more real then real.

A few days ago I was dancing in my dream. It was more of a dancing, it was like flying. It was magic. When I woke up I felt sad that I lost that wonderful sensation.

Sadhguru Shiva ❤ Devi ❤ Dhyanalinga ❤ Naga ❤ Thank you for saving my life in 2019. You continue to be an instrument in my continuous inner engineering.
  • That's the stage when you dump all reference points, all preconceived ideas and start dancing with life, isn't it? That which is an intoxication of its own, isn't it? Thank you Sadhguru. Love and respect to you
  • The body system is a huge game system, and God has it all!!! yeah right!!! that’s right!!!
  • At least nithyananda acknowledged it. My guru is back . Your guru is back reborn. .

Had a dream about a police station. Woke up out of bed looked out the window and someone yelled I'm calling the cops in the parking lot. Lol it works
  • I understand that “learning to ignore any dream” is actually the product of a sustained and well-driven practice (sadhana)
  • Love to listen to Sadhguru ..so wise and has common sense as well as his spiritual knowledge .
