In this video I thought that I would figure out how to build a guillotine. With a little ingenuity and creativity in the shop, I built one. As with all of my projects, this guillotine build provided some challenges, but at the end of the day, it was a shop experiment that was super fun to build and turned out awesome!

Watch as I put this guillotine build to the test – enjoy!

  • I've been studying culinary my entire life, and this is the most efficient way to cut a burrito that I've seen. Even with making the guillotine. Well done sir.
