    the next challenge you should do is prolly read 5 - 10 pages of book for a week, i tried this and it definetly made me so much better

    Glad to hear you honest opinion on this. Definitely waking up at 5am does not work like magic and in just a week you won't be able to change your life kudos you pointed that out, it would be good if picked the challenge of sleeping 10 hours everyday and see how it affects you also the question been that does someone really more energized through out the day after that much sleep you would be interesting to know, anyways keep up the good work
