  • I wasn't able to get my carry license yet, so busy working paycheck to paycheck in order to feed and medicine my rescues properly. This law helps me protect my herd with more flexibility. I'm a Jarhead vet with a damn good heart and that attracts evil hearts. I will never use my weapons for evil, but make no mistake, I'm here and I will defend innocence with fire superiority
  • Very simple & straight forward. I had a Deferred Felony Theft Charge over 25yrs ago, I filed a Non-disclosure (basically sued the District Attorney), it was granted & now I can purchase & carry
  • great advice, don't forget to mention that if you have a LTC it is recognized in 38 other states :-)
  • Effective February of this year, due to the Federal Fifth circuit that age has dropped to 18
  • This is why it's important to know these kinds of things! If someone were to try the situation that this man used, i can assure you, the person would yell out that it was against the law to keep him from leaving the airport just because he didn't have a gun license. This man is correct that it's less paperwork and headaches if you just get the proper certifications and licenses.

Very informative. I still say and will scream from the mountain tops that guns and bars and usually men do not make for a good combination. There used to be bar fights, now they're bar gun fights.
  • You can not walk into a secure area at a airport with a firearm without it being in a locked carry case. You must check the weapon in unloaded..
  • Please define “secure area” in an airport. Is secure area beyond the metal detectors? Is secure area the publicly accessible area before the metal detectors?

As a Californian, this sounds way too reasonable. This is clearly a hoax. 😅
  • In indiana state anyone 18 and up can conceal carry and open and can purchase handguns

What you need to know. Having a CHL doesn’t help you in a self-defense case.
  • Just to clarify, you CANNOT carry a weapon into a secured area at an airport in Texas because you have an LTC. You can attempt to do so without being arrested. If you do carry INTO a secured area of the airport because you got past TSA, and it has happened, you still have committed a crime and will be arrested.

The funny thing is I lived in San Antonio "military capital" of the states and I was the only fool open carrying.. hardly did I ever see anyone else open carrying
