So for me not boring. The more I know the more chance I have to succeed in whatever I'm doing with my rc. So thank you for being detail oriented and bringing it to us. Thank you!
  • @tyran370
Always nice to see some truly top notch professional puncturing on display.
  • @MrBumbles2
lol a fire climax is always a plus. but information is never boring

So funny seeing someone be bummed about 214 😂 like I get it you’re chasing the record but that speed is beyond my wildest dreams! Keep at it Raz u got this!
  • @timothy_pulleyn
This was all really really interesting! Thank you for the insight - fascinating to see the detail behind all that can go wrong with a speed run!

Hey if you haven’t already you should time the position of the polls timing on the motors by moving the pinion one tooth when meshing it with the spur gear so all the motors don’t pulse at the same time. Like imagine a 4 cylinder engine and all the cylinders firing at the same time. 15 years ago we were doing this with dual motor setups and it helped a lot with smoother acceleration and cogging. Also if you do lose a motor it’s not as hard on the remanding motor’s. And for anyone wondering I do have a bachelors in mechanical engineering and am ASE master certified.
  • Raz what I do is I drill a little dimple on the motor shaft and the grub screw bites into it. Never ever comes loose
  • @Skyhigh_RC
    Kevin wasn’t first !🤷🏻‍♂️😂

My dual Hobbywing 4268 2600kv limitless one of the esc wires came loose from the splitter and released some smoke. I thought for sure I fried something. Fixed the wire, ran it after cool down and it still put down 142mph on 6s. Motors smell terrible but still worked. I was surprised. Glad to see you back making content. Appreciate everything you do for the hobby

Blows my mind the speeds these creations can achieve. 2 questions 1. How far is the actual length of the runway past you once the car passes you? 2. How do you even see it once it passes you going away? 😂😂😂. Massive enjoyment of your video's and explanations. Big ups from New Zealand 👍

I wish I knew half of what Raz knows about RC’s and speed runs. Always fascinating videos. Keep it up mate!
  • @scaleworksRC
200+mph isn't climax-y enough, so he sets something on fire. (sigh)👏👏👏😁
  • @VS666
Love the technical bits, I was always scared of electricity but when I got into RC I knew it was time to learn a thing or two
  • @TurtleRc
Easter Egg. Love the look of your new Perfect pass diff housing. Matching the A arms looks killer!
  • @NahBahDee
Mr. Raz your level of attention to detail and perfection is impeccable and well deserved. There is nothing boring about what you do.
  • @hobbymanrc79
Another epic running video! You guys make going 200+ mph look easy🫡
  • @MarkHahn
That is such a cool build. Nice and clean and SMOKIN fast! If anyone will break the record it will be, Raz.

You can shorten wires you just have to heat and apply enough solder to burn off the coating on the wires first then clean it up and solder. Been doing that with drone motors since 2015.
