1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.

sweetener to taste. I use honey.
150ml milk.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Recipe number 3.

3 tablespoons chia seeds.
2 tablespoons blueberries.
zest of 1 lemon.
150ml milk.
sweetener to taste. I use honey.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Recipe number 4.

3 tablespoons chia seeds.
2 tablespoons coconut flakes.
sweetener to taste. I use honey.
150ml milk.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Recipe number 5.

1 teaspoon of coffee.
200ml of water.
Heat but do not bring to a boil.
4 tablespoons chia seeds.
100ml milk.
sweetener to taste. I use honey.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.

We decorate as we like.
banana, chocolate.
Strawberries, chopped almonds.
blueberries, cocoa.
Chopped dark chocolate.
grated coconut.

    Attention, les graines de chia peuvent provoquer des problèmes de santé si on dépasse la quantité d'une cuillère à soupe par jour ! Merci pour le partage quand même de ces recettes !

    Il est recommandé de consommer entre 10 et 20 g de graines de chia par jour maximum sur la compte avec tous les autres oléagineux. La recette on contient beaucoup trop. Je vous conseille de remplacer par quelques flocons d'avoine qui ramèneront de plus, une texture intéressante

    I made a mixture of two as i cant eat anything chocolate related till fri,i did the first but instead of cocoa.i added coconut flakes and i left the honey out it doesnt even need it,the banana gives it super sweet taste itself very yummy😊😊😊😊xxx

    OMG thats a lot of chia seeds for one serving. I use 15 gm of chia seeds, almond milk, heat in the microwave for 1 min then stir then microwave again for 1 min, add a little more almond milk and put in the fridge for 30 min. It makes the same amount then I put the fruit, or nuts or coconut or what ever with some greek yoghurt on top, no honey and its amazing.
