Just picked up UMVC3 and it's my first try of this style of fighter , very daunting. Your guides have been very useful. I've got hulk , haggar and sents magic series with enders down and the aerial team combo. Time to figure out neutral! And the the big world beyond lol. Thanks for the brilliant guides - I know il get tons more mileage out of them as my understanding develops.

Would love to see a ghost rider guide! He’s my point man with Haggar and sentinel
  • You didn't mention that Haggar level 3 can become stronger if you rotate directions 360 as much as possible.

So no matter what attack button I press with the Launcher, Haggar's Double Lariat will deal the same amount of damage, right ?

Cool guide! Informative! Are Hoodlum launchers M & H unblockable? When they're fully charged? The H version any good for incoming opponents?

in SF games to do Double Lariat, you have to press all 3 punch buttons, that could be worked in UMVC3 (by pressing the S button and an attack button at the same time), however there's also Quick Double Lariat which is done by pressing all 3 kick buttons, how can Quick Double Lariat be worked around in a game that has no punch and kick buttons ?

I’m just wondering is my team good or bad it’s wolverine in first slot, akuma in 2nd slot and dead pool in 3rd slot. They are my favourite characters in this game I just don’t know if they work together I’m new to this game

It's too bad that Juggernaut was not in this game I would have loved to see a matchup between Haggar and juggernaut

I play wolverine Taskmaster Haggar would you say it's a good team?
  • One thing I don't understand is: Why does this game have 3 attacks and one S button (instead of 3 punch buttons and 3 kick buttons like in any Capcom fighting game)
