    Thank you Sensei, In my judo club, I'm the smallest guy so it helps seeing how you generate force with technique to imbalance them before going for the sweep.

    This is so awesome. I've randomly hit this in jiu-jitsu and hit this once in mma but had no understanding of why it didn't work on most occasions but this makes so much sense.
