It's a great little detail that when Jake's creature bites Quaritch's Ikran, Quaritch yells in pain. Thanks to Tsaheylu, he's feeling what the Ikran is feeling.

1:49 You'd think with 10 years to prepare for this, the RDA could invent a material for aircraft cockpit canopies that is both see through and resistant to arrows...

The first battle was awesome. But the second battle in way of water was a taken to another level.

Those who haven't watched should definitely watch

James Cameron delivering another action masterclass.

You know a woman's badass when she goes into battle with late stage pregnancy.

Seeing this in the theater was such a different experience!

Really hope the RDA learn their lesson and start having thicker glass on their gunships in the next movie
  • 1:48 Okay, that was a cool one, just like in the first movie in the last battle where Neytiri did the same thing.
  • When it comes to action like this, I prefer the action from the first film. Specifically the battle for Pandora

"I took you under my wing, Jake. You betrayed me. You killed your own. Good men, good women." Questionable about good

Love the part when Jake lead the ocean Navi army against the sky-people because he have more experience fighting them than the ocean Navi
  • @Mek3590
Love how Ronal fought FIERCELY even while pregnant

2:07 I get that the Sea Dragon is a whaling vessel, not a warship, but given they know Na'vi ikran riders frequently attack from above, you'd think they'd install some AA guns or at least have a few troopers with orders to shoot down any hostiles that enter their airspace on/around the landing pad so the gunships can actually get airborne, or at least clear of the ship before they're at risk of being shot down 🤦

“You killed your own”, I understand that but,”good men, good women”, now he’s contradicting himself. Because that’s exactly what he did to the na’vi. Killed good men and women. So his argument became less valid 😅

I dont what some people say about the Avatat movies, beautifully shot, great story.
  • 1:49 Managed to developp interstellar travel but Still cant produce an arrow proof glass... They could easily have equipement absolutely indestructible by the indigenous, Navi or the fauna. Heck a few B-29 at high altitude, fully analog would do the job easily...

After Neteyam lets go of the tracker, (somewhere close to his siblings and friends) he is no longer seen until the battle has winded down. And when Kiri, Aunong and Rotxo resurface, Wainfleet just happens to swoop down on his ikran and grabs Kiri. Did he know exactly where she would come up? And how come Aunong and Rotxo don't go after her after seeing what she can do? Did they just shrug and go home? I wish we got to see Tonowari and Ronal make more kills besides one each. As for the rest of the Metkayina warriors, notice they are no longer seen after Jake dives in the water when Quaritch goes after him. Did they think "oh.. I think we killed enough. Let's go home."? Thought Tonowari was determined that they "must die here, today" for the killing of the tulkuns. Only Tsireya stayed alongside with the Sully's up into the morning. Wouldn't her parents be concerned to be looking for her in the aftermath of the battle? Any father would definitely go ape-shit if their daughter doesn't come home after prom.
