She's not smiling or laughing. That's her natural expression. In fact she's crying. Why are people angry with her? She didn't do anything wrong. Get off of her back

Every employee should offered therapy and 30 days paid time off!! This is way too traumatizing to go back to the same place.

It's not her fault. This guy has been planning the whole thing and was studying the aisles probably trying to look harmless. Prayers and God's Healing Mercy.

Poor lady she is traumatized for LIFE she was squeezing her hands trying to hold herself together for herself and her family as well please keep that in mind.
  • Glad she's getting help. PTSD is terrible. I still can't deal with certain sounds after witnessing an armed robbery. So glad you were not one of his victims. Sending love from Portugal

I'm a black man from the south. His whole intention was to commit violence. Begging for money was a way for him to stake the store out, seeing if security was around and basically if men were around. Black men in America, we have protect the community from these cowards. We're to friendly with them and harsh towards each other. Real talk

  • I used to work at Kroger and often had to put deranged people away. I was always scared that they would come back and attack me

The spirit of discernment is real. Those customers knew something was wrong with him. Shame on the police who did not take his prior crimes seriously. RIP to the 10 people taken too soon. May Gods wrath pour down apon him. May that monster suffer all his life into his judgement.
