0:49 sweet potato black bean hash. 2:44 fried cauliflower rice. 5:45 tomato lentil potato soup. 7:20 pasta salad.

Poached eggs are NOT a pain. They're easy AND fast. In a nonstick skillet, bring an inch or so of water to a boil. Add 1 T. of vinegar. Carefully break an egg into the water. Turn of the heat, cover, and set a timer for 3 minutes. Your egg is done! Personally, I like mine at 3 minutes, 15 seconds.
