Now I know why I was never a fan of Contra series and only loved Contra Force in particular. This was a different game that was named Contra Force because Toonami couldn't sell it with its original name. I loved this game so much

We considered this game much better than actual Contra. But I found out much more recently why is this not even a real contra game.

This was actually the very last NES game I ever rented back in 1992 before I got an SNES for Christmas that year. I actually liked this one over the other two Contra games because it actually had a story and variety between characters. You weren’t just mindlessly killing aliens.
