Finally! A proper animation after one year! It feels so great to finally share animation after such a long time of my animations taking too long to make! I hope I'll keep sharing more animations for you all in the future along with contests and art dumps as well!

Scraco goes to the DMV to get his learner's car license and lines up at the queue. However, the line hardly moves a foot. Will Scraco get his license swifty, however?
