Simple Pen Bar

This is a free-to-use-with-credit custom block that renders a pen bar with customizable position, size, length, percentage, fill color (or colour), and fill shade. This could be used for loading or progress bars, health indicators, or anything else! Also, you are free to modify the block and use it as long as you give me credit for the original. If you use this block, please credit me both on the block and in the Notes and Credits of the project(s) you use it in.
