Ok thanks @layzej I wasn't thinking very clearly it seems. :P

It's fixed now. Use the colour slider to change the colour, and you can also change the method used.

Also it doesn't clear when you click the green flag, which helps a lot if you're trying to tell the difference between the methods. (there isn't much)
