About The Reloved Project

Welcome to The Reloved Project! I created this project because I believe that changing the world starts with changing ourselves. It starts with choosing to walk a spiritual path; a path away from individualism and consumerism, and towards compassion, connection and understanding. This is what the Reloved Project is about. It’s about relearning how to love ourselves so that we can show up more fully, radiantly, and authentically for our fellow humans and our planet.

This is a journey of deep inner exploration, so that we can free ourselves from our past traumas, transcend our egos and experience a profound connection to the Universe and the Divine. And as we begin to relove ourselves, we experience a return to the unconditional love that surrounds us all.
