About People of One Fire
The People of One Fire began in 2006 as an alliance of Creek, Chickasaw and Seminole professionals and scholars. We were trying to answer, "Who are we?" As we realized that our ancestors came to the Southeast from many places in the Americas and even northwestern Europe, the focus of our research has broadened. As an Architect and City Planner, I ultimately decided that the best way to present my past experiences and current research was to create videos. As my inventory of documentaries expands, viewers will see an increasing variety of topics.
