Well there’s your answer. After 5 minutes in Jail they are happy and ready to do it again.

With all the destruction, how are these charges misdemeanors. Somebody has to pay to reconstruct and clean up.

They must be charged, 6 months probation and 2 weeks public service to pick up trash, if they do it again, then charge them $5000, 3 months in prison and 1 month of public service, I bet no one come out to protest again.
