Which of the seven levels of spiritual development have you unlocked? Dr. John Churchill has the deep codes of Tibetan Buddhist psychotechnology stretching all the way back to the first Buddha acknowledged to have exist 15,000 years ago!

One of these teachings is the seven fold path of initiation and development that sets a powerful map for understanding and advancing your developmental process. We also discuss the Bodhichitta heart seed that connects mystical lineages, what it means to include and transcend as we integrate our teachings on the spiritual path, and how to “get there by being there” as we develop our own forms of mastery along the seven initiatory levels we dive into throughout the conversation.

Holding a doctorate in psychology, John is deeply steeped in psycho-spiritual development, Integral Theory, contemplative studies, Western Esotericism, and has spent over thirty years training in the Indo-Tibetan Mahayana Buddhist lineage. John also stewards the Karuna Mandala Initiatory School (karunamandala.org), empowering spiritually grounded, socially conscious, and strategically savvy leadership and warriorship towards the planetary crises we are facing.

  • Its astonishing how much Aubrey interrupts the guest thought out the talk...its like he is more interested in talking then listening
  • @alejandradiaz4434
It was very interesting but sadly John was not able to freely speak without interruption, that was super annoying

I am currently studying with John, and let me tell you it's a very wild ride. This way of meditating is really nothing like what I've come across and the fact that he binds together all of these different lines of thought, psychology especially, was exactly what I was looking for. Excited to take part in the second year and beyond. Also, Aubrey, for god sakes, let the man finish his sentences and lay down your tangents. What I've noticed about John is that a lot of his teachings tend to be higher level in the sense that he only adds more general context as he talks. Give him enough space and he will explain fully what he is talking about. This was honestly one of the most frustrating podcasts I've ever had to get through.

Aubrey could master the initiation of letting his guests speak a full sentence without interruption
  • @TheCowthryn
Side note, would love John to drop a course! As much as I enjoy Aubrey's tangents, would love the possibility to get a more concentrated format of John's teachings for those who can't study with him personally. Hope this is in the works for the future.

Great podcast…….please Let the guests talk and maybe not interrupt as often
  • @MindMagick222
Aubrey I say this with the greatest amount of love for you and your work! I have learned so much BUT for those of us who watch on 2x every time you speak over someone it makes it VERY difficult to hear. I’m sure it’s the excitement of the conversation, but PLEASE just let them finish first 🤣 again I love everything you put out. Please don’t take this the wrong way. So much love here too!! ❤❤❤ sorry guess he did it just as much as you 🤦‍♀️😂😂

Favorite guest. Thanks for having John back. So much wisdom to unpack
  • @anamariapetrea3831
Awesome. It would be nice that the guest would be allowed to talk . Thank you.

Aubrey Marcus, I hope you are open to some constructive feedback. I resonate & appreciate the work that you're doing in the world & your offerings, AND I'm finding that often in your podcasts of late, and very much in this particular one, you are dominating the conversation.... often interrupting your guest which and including references and tangents that make it distracting & difficult to follow. I was looking forward to hearing about John's decades of work, but feel he had to fight to get each point across... I've had to give up out of frustration before an hour in. Maybe you could give your guests the floor, for the majority of the podcast, and just ask clarifying questions, and then do a separate video with your commentary perhaps with some conversation with them?

11 mins in and already 4 commercial breaks.. this is truly testing my Buddhist non judgmental skills
  • @astroaugury4709
Thank you, dear Mystic Pisces! You have always been a beautiful soul and forever will be, Mr. Marcus! 😊
  • @heathermaxie7318
It made me feel so bad when he said "Can i speake to this?" Imagine being a guest & having to ask if you can get a word in.
  • @ryand6796
That verbal battle exchange was easily the funniest thing I’ve heard from a spiritual YouTube channel
  • @shenieg9055
The timing!! I've been on a binge with these podcasts and have been loving it - Thank you!
  • @julicpt
Unbelievable talk! This shifted me in such deep ways, I was so ready to hear this talk, listening to it was transcending and fueling me in ways I have no words for. So much gratitude
