a true classic. During a live broadcast with Hurricane Andrew, he talked to a woman for at least 30 min during landfall in her house. He told her what the storm was doing, when to expect the worse, and when it would subside. Always a calming voice with instructions that probable saved her life. I will always remember that call. Class act!

Thanks Bryan Norcross, great and professional weatherman. Know him from when I lived in Miami Beach back in the 90"s during hurricane Andrew.

I have a trauma bond with your voice ever since 1992 when hurricane Andrew hit the Homestead/Kendall area in South Florida. I was 9 months pregnant and the hospital wouldn’t allow me to shelter with my two baby girls, ages 2yr & 4yr, so we sheltered at home. When we lost power, our battery powered radio could only capture your broadcast. Your calmness, professionalism and knowledge about what was happening and what we could do to stay safe as our homes fell apart…was priceless. I spent the night in the bathtub with my girls distracting them with games and stories while silently praying..as your voice guided us through one of the most scariest experience in my life. My baby boy was born 10 days after the storm. Thank you Bryan 🤍

We are Andrew survivors and have since moved to central Florida. Bryan, is the only person I listen to during these systems. He puts it in everyday language that is easy to understand. The most important thing is he does not hype things up.
  • I live in Pinellas, Clearwater, it's non stop monsoon rain. We have a canal behind us and the beach is 5 miles from here. We continue to get storm surge warnings. Cross your fingers for us!!
  • My friend's son works for FPL. Received his orders to help out restoring electricity. Stay safe everyone!
  • Great coverage! Thanks for educating us on why this storm will be so bad!
  • Thank you Brian! Awesome! I've been following you since way back "ANDREW", from Miami, Florida. You saved at that time my family, by telling us what to do. Thank you! Your detailed information helps to save lives. Thank you and God bless you!
