ChatGPT-powered Telephone Bot vs Medicare Scammer - Whitey Whitebeard Ship's Log #19

Publicado 2023-07-01
Hello All!

We took one of our favorite robots, Whitey Whitebeard, and integrated it with ChatGPT4! In this call, "Whitey Whitebeard GPT" intercepted a Medicare scammer. This is a dangerous scam targeting the elderly. Using the new Medicare card as a vector, the scammer will eventually try to convince the victim to update their financial information. It's a nasty scam and Whitey Whitebeard did his job well.

At the Jolly Roger Telephone Company, our robots intercept your telephone scammers and spammers and keep them busy. This protects you (and entertains you with funny calls) but also protects others down the line. Please try us out with a no-risk 30 day free trial at jollyrogertelephone.com.

Oh - and the thumbnail is me being a serious telecom engineer who got his name on the FRONT PAGE of the Wall Street Journal. Strange things are afoot.

Thanks for listening!
Roger

“My 1972 Ford Pinto isn’t running like it used to” 😂 - It’s a miracle it’s running at all. 😅

I hate dirty scammers with a passion, they are the lowest of the low stealing from old people in their own homes and stealing their health insurance is absolutely despicable ! Whitey Whitebeard did a great job dealing with this scumbag and leading him off track like that ! Well done !!!

    “I’ve got a Blockbuster card from 1995” 😂😂😂😂

You are a hero! “I can’t find my favorite pair of socks!”😂😂😂
  • @DonTruman
Excellent. Thank you for your service. Reminds me of Scammer Payback and how he messes with scammers by playing a senile elderly woman. Drives them nuts and sometimes burns off hours of their miserably rotten days.

It just keeps on getting better and better. Wasting scammers time helps us all and is hilarious

Make sure you listen until at least 6 minutes in. Start of the call it seemed like the responses were incongruous but it really really started to mesh around then. Super cool and hilarious.
  • SOMEBODY HELP HIM FIND HIS DARNED SOCKS!
  • @Kousaburo
If the AI can detect Indian accents then boom, it's game over for the scammers.

I want to know every single detail (about these new benefits)…AND DON’T YOU DARE LEAVE ANYTHING OUT! 6:50
  • @BitcoinMotorist
Seems like he thought the scammer was saying "car" at first 😅
  • @Hoopfan83
Its funny because the human is more of a bot than the bot.
  • @newkkl
“Did you live or work at Camp Lejeune” — that’s rather specific info for a scammer from Asia to ask. This group must be working from a phone list, not just dialing random numbers.
  • @xpusostomos
What's scary is when the scammers hook chatgpt up to rip people off, calling 1000 at a time
  • @ErinS06
“You wanna know what grinds my gears? When I can’t find my damn Medicare card”s gotta be the funniest thing I’ve heard in awhile 😂
  • @enlightened1ne
Once he gets going he’s very convincing. The grunts maybe need to happen a bit less given that chatgpt can actually generate some more natural speech in there.
