Beautiful edit on this one Talbot….had me hooked from start to finish.

I keep coming back to this video. The editing, the lessons, and the overall vibe is just a winner.

Following Lionel since the start of this channel now, actually seeing a difference and loving it- keep it up!
-
That consistency set to set was 👌

FANTASTIC editing Talbot! Watched this running off bike on the treadmill. Loved the video angles, music, info on splits, your commentary on those last efforts - fantastic. More of these training vids please!
-
No more doubts - the real Lionel is born again! And with him - his self motivation at its best!
-
FInd a way! That hit me hard, so simple, but yet such a strong mentality which applies to everything in life.
-
hard work pays off !!! mega job Lionel!
-
Brilliant. And I am looking forward to see some top of the podium results coming from this change in training. Never understood why so many train in carbon shoes but I suppose I am just old school too.
-
Impressive how he hits those numbers with almost no springiness on his feet and heel striking, imagining how colossal his aerobic base is
-
Talbot’s choice of music is impeccable as always
-
Liking how much content your putting out. Keep it up!
-
What a difference of stride at high speed! Well done!

I train in a heavy shoe and race in a lightweight shoe (both non carbon). It feels so good to run in a lightweight shoe come race day.
