Loveeee the way you and Monet allow me to see my city through different lenses. Born and raised here and having so much experience in NY, both good and bad, definitely makes NY always feel like home but also is a constant reminder of the trauma I’ve endured here also. HOWEVER, seeing this city through yours and Monet’s view, makes me feel like a happy tourist in my own city. I love it 😍!!!!

I use to but my play dad told me how dangerous it was and I never forgot his soft advice. It’s like my name chastising us for wiping our feet on the broom when we swept the floor or slamming the car door.
