Grab some Valvoline oil and additives here - www.valvolineglobal.com/ “Valvoline the Original Motor Oil. America’s first motor oil brand.”

I bought a wrecked BMW M3 G80 that was hit the news articles after it was crashed into the front of a residential house. With the driver being uninsured the car never got as far as the insurance, which left open a good deal to be had & an even bigger repair to be done!

THANKS SO MUCH TO AUTOID FOR ALL THE MODS

Hey Matt, When I was 16 I had a kidney transplant and it lasted 13 years. Unfortunately august last year that kidney failed and I now have dialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours a day at the hospital. But watching and enjoying your videos helps me massively dealing with this situation. Keep up your amazing work! You are a massive inspiration for us fellow petrol heads! 👏🏻🚗🔧

You could have easily uploaded half of this video (just after the front end repair) and called it there, but you give us full out 39 minutes of amazing content. Most YouTubers would have made several videos out of this. Great work again, can’t wait for the next one! 👏🏼
  • @zollotech
Looking forward to see how the back quarter turns out

Mat. Please don’t retire. Don’t stop. You are brilliant.

Same thing happened to my dads 530D E60 Manual!!! He chopped it out and fixed it all up on our backgarden!! All thats left is a tiny bit of welding and paint but sadly he passed away on the 16th of feb from stage 4 cancer so now its down to me!!!! Labour of love but im gonna enjoy fixing it in honour of him! What a legend he was and I love your guys channel to the moon and back! <3 (EDIT) it wasn’t crashed like the one in the video it was hit by a young yobbo in his golf :( Sending my love from the uk!

How happy to be on the video was that young lad who changed the windscreen at the beginning! Nice one Matt, I think you made his day

That laugh of Tony when Mat said "J'ai fini" in french... priceless. Love so much what you are doing on your channel ! Thanks and keep up the good work and great content !

You and Tavarish are the best car rebuild channels on YouTube in terms of detailed build showcase, educational explanations and build storytelling. Thank you so much for your work! Would be great to see some rebuild with extreme modifications, like an offroad build or part-maxxing a really cheap chassis ;)

Hi Mat, some info for you. The reason why your second-hand headlights worked once swapping the modules from the old unit is because they are specifically coded into the FRM (Foot-Well Module). Each car has its own unique FRM and, in turn, means the modules are also coded to that specific FRM. For example if your footwell module went down and had to be replaced you would have to code the FRM to the vehicle and then the modules would code in from there. How I think of it is modules can't communicate with their FRM if it's not made aware they are present. Hope that helps

So nice that you can do this with your father !! Last week me and my dad decided to fix a broken seat slider in my car. It's a simple Renault Clio seat, no fuss about it, and we had a spare one in the cellar. We had to figure out where all the bolts are, how to disconnect air bag lines and how to deal with tricky torx screws since we don't have the torx nuts and screwdrivers. It took us 3 hours to do everything but it was so worth it. Great way to play with a car a bit, and even better to do it with my father.

So much respect for Matt that he is willing to work on so many different types of cars in varying conditions. He tackles so many projects that most people wouldn't even touch.

Mat is gently and steadily taking the spot that Top Gear and Fifth Gear used to occupy. The story telling is like no other on youtube. Love the show.

That Rolls Royce pause when he reads the oil label… Mat hinting the Wraith?👀
  • @FFS704
Another great video Matt... A real pleasure to watch you and your Dad work together...
  • @vossti
Yoo!! Thanks for making my evening... you deserve all the success not only for entertaining and inspiring us but also the sheer hard work and dedication to pull this off!.. that dashboard work looked brutal enough not to mention the oil cooler drama😅. Cant wait for the final segment ..cheers 🙌🏿

I’m in my 50’s so maybe a little old school. In saying that I’m must confess that the new front bumper cover looked bloody nice. It will look fantastic when in colour. Nice one Mat. P.S…love the longer video 👍🏻
  • Mr.Armstrong......you and your dad are a topclass miracleworkers. I tip my hat to you.
  • @MarkoVukovic0
Wow, amazing progress. That new front bumper looks sick, can't wait to see it painted.

Just loving your success, Mat. Big respect - all your hard work and years of graft are finally paying off. No one deserves it more than you, my friend
