T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.

T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.

Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” – Alan Watts.

  • Before my health fell apart, I was always anxious about both the big and small decisions that I had to make in life on a daily basis. Having now spent almost 3 years of my life lying in bed each day, I can see, all that time I spent worrying, could have been time spent being grateful for all that I had in my life, for each and every pain free breath of air, for every sunny day and every wonderful person that I took for granted. What I would give for just one more day of good health. Please don’t take your health for granted as I did. Your mental and physical health is everything, your mind and body are your vessel to travel this Sea of life 🙏

Somebody needs to make a movie about this man's life.

"And Lao Tsu said: Sir, regard the universe." I love that part!
  • This man has helped me to change my entire perspective on life, death, suffering, pains and many more things. And sometimes I feel like he’s still with us because he’s like a good friend, almost a father figure in my everyday life. What a blessing for humanity he was. Thank you very much, Mr Watts! Edit: Actually he’s also changed my, or rather confirmed my view upon modern society. Not in a positive way tho. Well, I guess there’s the outside for that inside again.

Whenever i doubt myself and don't know what i want, because i have everything i can wish for - i come back to him. There is enough wisdom in his words for a lifetime long. Unaging spoken truth.

In a time when mental health issues such as anxiety and depression are so widespread, and supposedly are rising constantly, it's videos like this that should be in the education system. Bonkers how the crud of the internet goes viral so fast, when wholesome stuff like this goes almost unnoticed in comparison.

''We think of letting go as something you need to do to relax: a return to a state of flow and calm. Yet, letting go is actually vital to life. Philosopher and writer Alan Watts says so much of life happens all the time in the space of letting go. When we let go, we sleep, we relax, and we allow life to happen. In fact, we enter into the flow of the entire universe.''

We are all here to learn our own truth, experiencing life is the only way to learn. One experience after another we see our truth.

I once heard someone get asked "who are you" and that person struggled by listing all their interests and certain traits they had, but then I started to ask myself that very same question and boy did I struggle internally. I did all this 5 years ago before I found Alan Watts. I remember when I first stumbled onto Mr. Watts, and I could not understand him whatsoever until a couple of years ago. I'm about to be 43 and I and this man has played a big part in my healing.

  • This man has brought me to tears time and time again. I wish I could have met him, he was here and gone like a wave, and made such a beautiful wake as a consequence.

I'd never heard of this man. He has a voice that draws your ear, and always leaves you feeling inspired. Why is it we only know about wonderful people, after they have left us.

It takes a long time to realise how truly miserable you are and even longer to see that it doesn’t have to be that way. Only after you give up everything can you begin to find a way to be happy.
