since you seem to like causing yourself pain with challenge runs, how about combining two of your most painful ideas: All Moons Talkatoo%, but if you bonk, you wax your leg. With an extra caviat that if you softlock from Talkatoo, you have to go to another kingdom and complete that one first, rather than quitting and reloading, unless you only have 1 kingdom left

The thing that stumps me about this run is how they don’t actually have you beat the game 100%. The run ends once your save file has the star next to it. But the issue is that this doesn’t signify that you’ve beaten the game 100%. Now understand that certain things just can’t be a factor most notably Luigi’s Balloon World with how max level works and all, but what about the 999 moons secret. Y’know, the one you get after literally MAXING OUT THE MOON COUNTER? Maybe it’s just me, but at the very least, I feel that you shouldn’t actually receive that save file star (and thus be able to complete the run) until you hit 999+ moons and throw Cappy onto that last knob on top of Peach’s Castle to unlock that final scene. But hey, I’m not complaining, this was still super fun to watch (it’s CJ so ofc it’s gonna be fun). Good job on the run all the same 👍

cjya, you’re not alone for missing the poison piranha plant. I missed it twice on my two 100% save files

you might have done this before, but you should do an all captures%. I think there'd be some interesting routing
