Colonial Ending: Like in China, colonial powers arrive in Japan, draining its treasury and resources, eventually the island gets divided, and never returns to its unification until the late 20th century. (Also, an alternate bad ending)

You should do Morocco next! since Japan is the land of the rising sun, and Morocco is the land of the sunset!

One critique: Hideyoshi couldn't declare himself Shogun as he didn't have a claim to the title due to him being a commoner. He instead took the title of "Daijo Daijin" (Chancellor of the Realm), as that was really the best he could get. However, he still easily commanded the authority of all the Daimyo in his court, especially the remainder of Nobunaga's old generals like Ieyasu or Mitsunari. Also, I had a fight-or-flight response upon seeing the Aum Shinrikyo ending.

World domination ending (From Anime): Japan's anime culture had spreaded throughout all of the nations in the world, even China and the Koreas. Anime had become very loved, even surpassing religions in terms of followers. Japan essentially had created the 2nd co-prosperity sphere
