Never in my life have I seen someone actively try to ruin a good plan, on purpose..

Alfred was so smart that he didn't even tell her the entire plan coz he knew she'd try to ruin it (and she proved him correct). He really had things to teach Batman.

A somewhat incompetent woman get to know she's about to get fired, and agree to rob her company with a man who made the whole plan, man does rob the diamonds almost by himself and hide them cleverly, woman get so scared and try to hand him to the police but ultimately decides to tell the police where the diamonds are and steal a big diamond anyway and take the full credit for finding the diamonds and quit the job anyway.
How is that inspirational?
