I like the part where they dont show the process of turning the shavings into an ingot. Literally the only thing people clicked for was to see how to make shaving into a solid and thats the part they skipped.
  • "Wesley, your blade didn't make the cut." That was both literal and a euphemism.
  • @Raganui
Wesley's blade took the least damage, he just made too light of a knife to handle the thick leather bag. If they had done a different cut test against fruit or something lighter, it would have probably slipped through them better than the other knives.

I feel like the editors don't understand which parts to cut and leave in.

Feel sorry for the interns who were given some steel, drill presses and told to have at it till they generated X pounds of shavings.

To make a blade out of shavings is CRAZY

What a great attitude this kid has!!! He'll get there!!

Just goes to show, just because your weapon doesn't take as much damage as the others, it doesn't mean a thing if it doesn't perform as well as the others. I honestly thought wesley was going to go further when all he had was a little bit of a roll and slight dulling compared to the serations and stuff the other two went through
  • Idc if Wesley’s blade wasn’t as sharp as it possibly could’ve been, the design of that blade was beautiful af

"we usually throw these away" . . . no, no good mechanic or machine shop operator would do that, they would recycle them or sell them for scrap lol

in final round really sucks to see steve's blade snapped because bad heat treated, if his blade heat treated properly i think he had big chance to win against ryan, his blade lighter and beautiful craftsman ship.
  • @haydnwalker9588
I thought wesleys blade was the most durable he just needed to sharpen it more would've won it

I would take Wesley's knife above either of the other two. Much easier to sharpen the edge rather than glue pieces back on.
  • Finally, something to do with all of my chips genius... I've wanted to do this for years!
