Model VHCD-960. Here are some more video files of this Vanco 30" ceiling fan that I took on the same day (9/1/2016). In the last video, I replaced the original fan chain with a longer one that I took. And umm, in the last video which I took, when I turn it up to medium, I thought I broke the fan chain. But actually one of the parts of the chain that I took that's broke, thank God! After I took the video, I put the original chain back on.
For those who wonder why the light-kit's not turning on when I pulled the chain, it's because the light-kit doesn't work.
