  • My mom was diagnosed with cancer when i was 15 and she died when i was 17. From a young age I've learned the hard lesson "that in this world" a lot of people lack empathy. I'm 37 years old right now and i love all of your books. Thank you!
  • In my time as a caregiver I can say it depends on the patient. If the patient has a good attitude it makes things a lot easier

so sweet you two .... been watching you both for years. Beautiful love story
  • This talk was so helpful to me, thank you Danny and Anita. Seeing it all from both sides at once. I lost my sense of self, I think I know where to start looking for it again. By the way my wife stayed with me when I had Cancer, and I stayed with her when she was hospitalized. I say that not out of pride, but just to let you know, it's out there
  • I love this. You two are fantastic! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🌸🌸🌸

I worked in an Assisted Living as a marketer and I had sooo compassion for the residents who were suffering but when my own mother got dementia I could hardly deal with it and thank God for my sister who could help my father so much. My mothers dementia was full of anger and bitterness, which wasnt her normally, and i just struggled with the negative energy she exhibited. I found out during this time it can be much harder to care for family members and I wasn’t that unusual. It helped me feel a little bit better but it was so painful. She transitioned but I feel her all the time and miss her every day. Danny is a rock star and its wonderful to watch Anita’s appreciation for him and his gifts. Love you guys!!!❤
