Love it, black makes yellow pop, but for a more beehive effect, I would have used a brown fabric from mid to dark tones. I have dies of hexagons and also the ruler so this is a definite go to block. 😊 thanks for sharing 😊

Very cute! Hexagon quilts are one of the things that draws me to quilting but I've been too intimidated to actually try it out, haha. Plus I've been so facinated by designing my own fabric lines that I've been spending a lot of time doing that and less time sewing. This project looks approachable for me!
