I honestly don't remember ever seeing Shane this happy and wanting to go out shopping so much and be out places. That makes me really happy. I know how it feels to never want to leave your house and it is not something I wish on anyone. No one deserves to be miserable their whole life over past mistakes. Shane, I have misophonia too. One tip to litterally save ur life. Those little foam earplugs! They work like a charm. They block out the eating sounds, but you can still hear when people talk. I cant go anywhere without them 🙏🥰

Ryland, you are such a loving and supportive partner! Some people don't think of what the partner of a depressed person goes through. It can take a toll on someone constantly trying to support a loved one through something such as depression. Seeing Shane happy warms my heart but seeing you support him inspires me.
