Don't use it then. I like using it as I play the Hitman games which require lots of sneaking around and quietly taking out targets when possible. People saying the Electrocution Phone in Hitman was OP caused, or contributed, to it getting removed. One particular mission in Hokkaido was made much harder after that. It was fun to use until it was removed.
