I'm going through a very chaotic phase all created in my mind, i was crying all over again and again while talking to my parents, about the fear of the exam which is on next sunday, but this morning after listening you, Sadhguru, i am very much calm and cool. This is so true Sadghuru. I am going through some health difficulties more in the past 2 months than I EVER had gone through in my life. My pain and my discomfort always seems to get the better of me and it can consume me if I do NOT make a conscience decision to change my thought process! Great tips! 1.What you have is little time and energy. The time ticks away for everyone at the same pace regardless, how you can keep your energy levels high and do many more things within the limited time. 2. Eat lively food and be joyful and at ease to reduce your sleep quota. 3.Everything happens from within, so engineer the inner self the way to want it. 4.Be ๐ฏ true to yourself.

I really needed this. Iโm 54 and scaling my business (that I love) and have been using stimulants for my adhd but I see clearly now Iโm trying to manage my compulsions of stress, worry, guilt and shame. Iโm going to explore mediation and focusing more deeply. These meds feel toxic

Hi. Thanks. I agreed with practically every word Sadhguru said, but especially his last comments on truthfulness. Honesty is so basic to having inner harmony that no-one needs to be taught what "being absolutely honest" means, even small children understand. "The kingdom of heaven is within you", said Jesus, and "Satan is the father of all lies". The inner reality we create becomes our outer reality by the law of sowing and reaping. People who "give others hell" will find they live in that hell, and those who give others heaven are there already, but they first give truth, which is heaven's currency. Sadhguru's sense of humour shows he's a man at peace in his own soul. Cheers, P.R.
