I'm VERY sorry for your loss :( i know it's not easy... my friend was 19 when he hung himself just 2 blocks away from my house. I wish you and your family all the strength in the world to help you through this time.

  • I lost my cousin brother 4 years back, We did not find out whether he was killed or he killed himself, but he went missing and found his body after 3 days. I cannot forget that day,, scream from mama when his body arrived, i was screaming. His memories still haunts me. He came to our home few days before he went missing. He was laughing, we were making jokes. God.. Rest in peace,, may your brother rest in peace.

  • Girl I can relate to you, i have been through hell & still dealing with a lot of shit in my life. Your words are true, self love is most important, materialistic things won't matter, just inner peace matters.

This video speaks of mental health in so many ways. Thanks for sharing ❤ Keep Sharing these videos at least so that the youngsters won’t feel left out in this busy shitty world running for something that doesn’t even make a sense.. And my deep condolences for your loss 😢

In Germany we have a proverb: You can only look at peoples foreheads (and never know whats going on behind it). A girl I know lost her boyfriend to suicide at 22, likely he became mentaly withdrawn because of medication abuse. I was never suicidal, but I'm often surprised at how little my parents and friends seem to know me even to this day. When I adress a problem, people often seem surprised even when I was already dealing with it by myself for months. I've met several people with various mental illnesses in my life, and my hard conclusion is that only help for self-help can be given. When someone is in a hole, the best we can do is throwing a rope to him, but even then its the persons choice on what to do with it. From my own family I know that things like depression and anxiety are genetic to some degree, so please continue to be as loving and caretaking for yourself and others. All the best to you! 🌻

This is sad, it is amazing to see how well you are getting through this.

The lack of hardships from generation to generation is a huge plus, how ever it does seem to lead to a decrease in resiliency. Making everyday struggles seem much more catastrophic.
  • @fabersoul
you are very thoughtful and well spoken. "we should make mental peace our priority" i love that
