Love it! Keeps the room very Fastly.Cool . The manual states it comes with a year warranty and 5 year part replacement. The compressor makes the typical sound...small price to pay for AC.

I have a 21315 fan, brass and maple, works great, but I need more light than the 2 x 500 lumens, probably need 1000-1200 lumens. Any recommendations, preferably LED?

can a starter capacitor be replaced, or do I need to purchase a new fan?

Got a Hunter low profile IV plus fan, but there are only two wires coming from the ceiling, the one side was hooked to the red and black wires from the fan, and the white was hooked on the other side. This fan as black, blue and white wires, and the green and yellow wire. And the ceiling bracket has a grounding wire on it, but the book doesn't show that in the pictures or say where the other end of the wire is supposed to be connected.
  • No wonder they ditched the 2xxxx series. The flat plate mounting system is way too dangerous because you can swing it up incorrectly and it can fall

Then when you turn on the power, you get a clicking noise.  So you'll have to take it apart, then find the wire you left hanging onto a moving part, put it back together and you've got a great fan.
